Cardio
BBW uses high resistance techniques to get rid of unwanted body fat! A combination of running, sprints, combat exercises and boxing. However we have a strong emphasis on ‘Control’ and ‘Explode’ movements, which shock the body more and achieve faster results.

Strength Training
BBW uses a mixture of both weights and high resistance bands to improve strength and endurance allowing the body to work in a more efficient way. We balance heavier compound movements with lighter resistance work to ensure athletic lines are developed without that bulky look.

Core strength & posture Alignment
BBW goes to great lengths to ensure throughout all workouts, the key focus is on correct posture, ensuring your core is always engaged. Ensuring core activation on every move we do means you get the most out of each exercise and a tighter waistline.

Boxing
BBW loves boxing as the techniques used achieve results of an athlete. The fundamentals of footwork, padwork, endurance and coordination train both your body and your mind and play a key role in creating those delicate lines.
BBW focuses on dropping all unwanted body weight and turning it into toned muscle whilst remaining athletic. This is done with dietary support allowing your body to work in a calorie deficit and combining all training techniques to become the ultimate athlete.
